Astrix Visual provides AI-powered video creation and creative services designed to help individuals, brands, businesses, and organizations create engaging marketing and promotional videos using artificial intelligence and related creative technologies.

A. AI UGC
AI UGC (User-Generated Content) videos are designed to create authentic, social media style content featuring AI-generated or AI-assisted presenters, creators, characters, voices, or visual elements.
B. Showcase
Showcase videos are designed to visually present a product, service, brand, feature, or concept using AI-generated visuals, product scenes, motion, effects, and creative compositions.
C. Storyline
Storyline videos are narrative-based AI videos designed around a concept, story, scenario, campaign, or sequence of events.
The exact deliverables, duration, number of scenes, revisions, production method, and other specifications depend on the package or service purchased.
Astrix Visual may also offer custom AI video services outside the standard packages.
2. Website Video Packages
Astrix Visual may offer fixed-price AI video packages that customers can purchase directly through our website.
Each package may have its own:
Customers are responsible for reviewing the package description before completing a purchase.
The specific information displayed on the applicable product or checkout page may form part of the agreement between Astrix Visual and the customer.
If a customer requests work outside the purchased package, additional fees may apply.
3. AI Video Creation Process
Our AI video creation process may involve a combination of artificial intelligence tools, creative direction, scripting, image generation, video generation, editing, compositing, animation, voice generation, sound design, and other editing from our Astrix Visual team.
Depending on the selected service, the process may include:
Understanding the client’s objective
Reviewing the provided information and materials
Developing the concept or creative direction
Creating scripts, prompts, scenes, or visual references
Generating AI-assisted visual or audio content
Editing and assembling the video
Making included revisions
Delivering the final video
The exact workflow may vary depending on the selected package and project requirements.
4. AI Characters, Voices, and Likeness
AI UGC and other AI video services may use AI-generated presenters, characters, voices, avatars, or other synthetic elements.
Where a client requests the use of a real person’s likeness, image, voice, identity, or other recognizable characteristics, the client is responsible for ensuring that the necessary consent, authorization, and rights have been obtained.
Clients must not provide or request the unauthorized use of another person’s:

Name
Identity
Personal information
Copyrighted material
Trademark
Other protected rights
Astrix Visual may refuse or modify a request where we reasonably believe that the requested content may violate applicable laws, third-party rights, platform policies, or ethical standards.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project information
Provide required product and brand information
Provide necessary images, logos, references, scripts, or other materials
Provide clear instructions and feedback
Review drafts and provide approvals in a timely manner
Ensure that submitted materials are legally authorized for use
Ensure that requested content does not infringe third-party rights
The client remains responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for materials supplied to Astrix Visual.
This includes rights relating to photographs, videos, music, logos, trademarks, products, people, voices, scripts, and other content.
6. Project Materials
Clients may provide materials such as:
Product photographs
Product videos
Logos
Brand guidelines
Marketing copy
Reference videos
Reference images
Product information
Other creative materials
These materials may be used by Astrix Visual to create the requested AI video.
The client represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide these materials and authorize Astrix Visual to use them for the project.
7. Payments
Website Purchases
AI video packages purchased directly through the Astrix Visual website generally require full payment at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
An order will generally be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
After purchase, Astrix Visual may contact the client to collect project information, references, assets, or other materials required to begin production.
Custom Projects
For custom AI video projects, Astrix Visual may provide a separate quotation and payment arrangement.
Payment may be structured as full payment.
A project may not begin until the required payment has been received.
8. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable package or quotation, projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
Revisions must remain within the original creative direction and agreed scope.
Additional charges may apply for:
Additional revision rounds
New concepts
New scripts
Major changes to the storyline
New characters
Additional scenes
Changes to an approved concept
Additional video formats
Requests outside the purchased package
For website packages, the revision allowance stated on the relevant package page will take priority where it differs from these general Terms.
9. Project Timelines
Estimated production timelines may vary depending on:
Video type
Number of scenes
Project complexity
AI generation requirements
Client responsiveness
Availability of required materials
Revision requests
Technical requirements
Third-party AI platforms or services
Any delivery timeframe provided by Astrix Visual is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon in writing.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, additional revisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in an adjusted delivery date.
10. Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of original materials supplied by the client, subject to the client’s existing rights in those materials.
Once all applicable payments have been made, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final approved video deliverable for its intended business, marketing, promotional, advertising, or social media purposes, subject to any package-specific licensing terms.
Astrix Visual retains ownership of its underlying:
AI workflows
Prompts and prompt frameworks
Templates
Production methods
Creative processes
Editing techniques
Internal systems
Unused concepts
Drafts
Project files
Source files unless specifically included
Pre-existing creative assets
Other proprietary materials
Payment for a video does not automatically transfer ownership of Astrix Visual’s underlying production process, tools, templates, workflows, or systems.
11. AI Tools and Third-Party Platforms
Astrix Visual may use third-party AI platforms, software, APIs, cloud services, rendering systems, image-generation tools, video-generation tools, editing software, and other technologies.
Third-party platforms may have their own:

Privacy policies
Content restrictions
Commercial-use rules
Licensing requirements
Usage limitations
Astrix Visual is not responsible for changes to third-party services, including changes to AI models, output quality, pricing, availability, usage restrictions, account policies, or platform functionality.
If a third-party service materially affects production, Astrix Visual may use an alternative tool or production method where reasonably possible.
12. AI Output and Commercial Use
Astrix Visual will make reasonable efforts to create AI video content suitable for the intended use described by the client.
However, clients acknowledge that AI-generated content may be subject to limitations relating to originality, licensing, platform policies, or third-party rights.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the final video before publishing or using it commercially.
Where specific legal, licensing, talent, likeness, trademark, music, or other rights are required for a particular campaign, the client is responsible for ensuring those requirements are satisfied.
13. Portfolio and Promotional Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Astrix Visual may display completed videos, excerpts, screenshots, scenes, and other project materials for:
Portfolio purposes
Website showcases
Social media
Case studies
Marketing
Advertising
Business presentations
If a client requires the project to remain confidential or does not want the completed work used for promotional purposes, this should be communicated and agreed upon in writing before production begins.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Astrix Visual Refund Policy.

15. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
Astrix Visual provides AI video creation and creative production services. We do not guarantee specific business, advertising, or marketing results.

Sales
Revenue
Leads
Conversions
Advertising performance
Social media growth
Engagement
Viral performance
Return on investment
Customer response
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the product, offer, audience, advertising strategy, platform, budget, market conditions, and distribution.
16. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
Disrupt website functionality

19. Events Beyond Our Control
Astrix Visual shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, major technical failures, third-party platform outages, AI service interruptions, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.
20. Changes to These Terms
Astrix Visual may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, technology, business practices, or applicable laws.
