Welcome to ASTRIX3D (“Agency”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are a Singapore-headquartered creative agency with global teams in the United States, Malaysia, China, and beyond. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and deliverables. By engaging with ASTRIX3D, whether through our online platforms or a direct project agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Scope of Services
ASTRIX3D provides creative services, including, but not limited to, 3D product animation, explainer videos, character animation, medical animation, event and stage visuals, CGI such as FOOH campaigns and stylized visuals, and 3D rendering and visualization. Our role is to transform ideas into high-quality, immersive visual content that supports marketing, communication, and branding objectives.
Engagement and Payment
Projects begin once both parties agree on the scope, timeline, and cost. Proposals issued by ASTRIX3D are valid for a limited period and may require a deposit before creative work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and must be received prior to the release of deliverables. Late payments may delay delivery or incur additional fees.
Revisions and Approvals
ASTRIX3D values collaboration and includes revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Revisions outside of the agreed scope may result in additional charges. Once final approval is given, ASTRIX3D is released from responsibility for further alterations or adjustments.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All drafts, source files, and working materials remain the property of ASTRIX3D unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use final deliverables for the purposes defined in the agreement (e.g., advertising, product launches, internal communications). Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, or repurposed without our written permission.
ASTRIX3D retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website. And promotional materials, unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement. Client must also secure appropriate usage rights for any third-party content (logos, brand elements, music, etc.) they provide for integration into deliverables.
Confidentiality
Both ASTRIX3D and our clients agree to protect confidential information shared throughout the project. Sensitive materials, strategies, and internal data will be handled with the highest level of discretion.
Disclaimers
Our work is designed to enhance engagement, brand perception, and customer understanding. However, ASTRIX3D does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, conversion rates, or user engagement. Services are delivered “as-is”, and while we strive for excellence, we cannot warrant that deliverables will always be error-free or meet every subjective expectation.
Limitation of Liability
ASRIX3D shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, reputational harm, or data loss, arising from the use of our services. Responsibility for how deliverables are applied lies solely with the client.
Global Service and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, where ASTRIX3D is headquartered. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will generally fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
However, in recognition of our global client base, ASTRIX3D may, at its discretion and with written agreement, choose to resolve disputes in the jurisdiction of the client’s principal place of business or another mutually agreed venue.
Updates to Terms
ASTRIX3D may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, industry standards, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement with our services, following updates, indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
