Astrix Visual provides motion graphics, VFX, and related creative services as per the agreed project scope and timeline.

All work produced remains the intellectual property of Astrix Visual until full payment is received.

Clients must provide all required materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project flow.

All invoices must be paid within the agreed payment window. Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in delivery.

Projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may require extra billing, depending on the complexity.

Final files will be delivered in the agreed format(s) via email, drive links, or platforms of your choice.

Once a project has started, partial refunds may be granted depending on the stage of completion. Full refunds are not guaranteed.

All shared materials and communications are treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed upon request.

Clients are granted full usage rights after final payment. Astrix Visual may showcase work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Astrix Visual is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use or misuse of the delivered work.

Any third-party assets used (e.g., stock music, fonts) will be licensed appropriately. Clients are responsible for reviewing usage terms.

All communication should be done through the official project email or designated project manager to avoid miscommunication.

Delays caused by client-side holdups or changes may push back delivery dates and incur additional fees.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international creative business laws and practices.
